Ready to Go
We are back from our New England fishing trip and ready go for stripers. The trip up north was great, good weather and over 300 big haddock along with some other stuff (cod, pollock, cusk, wolf fish, red fish...). A good time and now it's back to work. The bass should be ready.

Flounder Fishing
I had a spot I wanted to try on the weekend but the wind kept me from going there. We were getting rolled around enough without going out another 2 1/2 miles. We will try the flounders once more before switching to striped bass fishing. There are a few open spots for Saturday and if the wind lays down, I am going to take the ride and look for big sea flounder. Call me if you would like to go.

Easter Weekend
We made our first trips this weekend and keeping with tradition we tried for flounder. Fishing was slow due to the full moon current and strong NW wind. The fish are there and we will try again before we start striped bass fishing on 4/15.

Splashdown
The boat is back in the slip. We will be ready to sail on Easter weekend. Our tradition of starting the season flounder fishing on Easter will continue if the weather is nice. We also may see some striped bass. Sailing open boat by reservation, call if you would like to go.
