Mondays Fishing and Irene
Monday we had Rebecca K. and her crew from NYC. The gang did well despite the stiff NW breeze and caught many short fluke and a few keepers. I will sail on Wedenesday and Friday this week and may have to move Sundays trip to Saturday due to the approaching hurricane. I suggest that if anyone likes fluke fishing to come out this week because if this storm pass close to us the current batch of fish in the channels will be gone. It will take a while for things to settle down after the blow and the next batch of fish to school up for the migration. I expect to see good fishing in September but the storm will mess things up for a while. The bite is on- GO FISHING NOW.
