The east wind hurt the bite in many places but we found some fish to work over. We never had hot fishing but we picked at some pretty nice fish. Friday Joe N. landed four including a 6lb. and an 8lb. Jigging Jack had his limit to 6lb. and "The Legend" threw three in the box. Saturday, Skip brought out a crew of Lenny, along with his Dad and Uncle and also Pav and Joe from the Chicago PD. Once again a strong east wind but the crew put 15 nice keepers in the box to go along with all the good food and laughs. Sunday, I started the day in a different area and only saw some short fluke and striped bass. When the tide got right we had to fight some tough conditions but once again picked at some beauties. Roger had four up to 7lbs., and just beat out Evelyn's 7lber. for the pool.
